JASON ALDEAN admits that he’s an adrenaline junkie . . . which is perfect for his job because he’s always traveling and performing in front of thousands of fans. But even high-energy people need to re-charge the batteries.
For that, he heads home because everything’s quiet and there’s nothing to distract him. He says, quote, “I love to be home. It gives [me] a chance to take it all in and relax a little bit.”
But about two weeks into it, he finds himself itching to get back on the bus. He says there’s a constant inner struggle between the downtime and the work time because he loves what he does so much.
By the way, you may have heard about Jason being the first artist to be featured on CMT’s “Concert of the Summer”. It’s kind of a live documentary that has behind-the-scenes stuff, on-stage performances, and even fan interaction.
It was filmed at Jason’s concert at the Country LakeShake in Chicago, and it includes his opening acts THOMAS RHETT and A THOUSAND HORSES.
